Great experience shopping at this store. Staff is always friendly and helpful from finding a single screw, a hose, or a capacitor for an AC unit they are always patient and resourceful.

Service when you are in the store is probably a 3 or 4. However, if you call in it is always a challenge. Today, I called in and Melissa answered the phone and said please hold she would check. Over 17 minutes later I was still on hold. Drive the extra distance to S&S in Buford and get real Ace customer service. It is too bad because they are closer to where I live.

I was on my way to the home center to purchase some hammers for some elementary school students craft projects. As I passed this place I thought I should keep my money local. I went out of way to find a place to turn around and head back. I pulled into a parking spot and before I could open the door I was dumbfounded by a Trump sign and big explanation about how evil the democrats are ruining the country. I decided to just give my money to Hone Depot instead. There’s no assurance that Home Depot profits won’t end up in the hands of the Conservative Party- but at least they don’t hang signs that tell me my money isn’t needed. I doubt Ace Hardware Corporate would appreciate this activity. We don’t have to agree, but you don’t to invite people to not support small businesses when Amazon is about to shut you down.
